THE CHALET 6-7 people

DETAILS :

A lovely comfortable apartment (90m²) situated on the first floor of a chalet sleeping 6-7 people. The chalet has a garden around it and also a balcony where you can soak up the winter sun.

The chalet is south facing and is 5 minutes from the ski lifts by car and 10 minutes on foot. The ski bus stop is only 100m from the chalet. The centre of the village where youll find restaurants, bars, shops, bakery, newsagents, etc is only 2 minutes by foot.

The Hot Baths of which Monetier les Bains is famous are 10 minutes on foot.
  • ON THE FIRST FLOOR :
    • Entrance and corridor.
    • Fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, cooker, dishwasher, vitro-ceramic hob, table, microwave, etc.
    • Lounge with sofa bed, television, fireplace, large dining table, access to the balcony.
    • Bathroom with wash basin, bath, bidet.
    • Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds (90cm) + 1 folding bed.
    • Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed.
    • Separate WC.
       
  • ON THE GROUND FLOOR :
    • You can access the chalet via the ground floor through the laundry room and an interior staircase or via an exterior staircase and the entrance on the first floor.
      The laundry room has a washing machine, extra fridge, plenty of space for skiing equipment and for drying any wet clothes.
