Charming petit chalet (70 m²) for 5 people situated in the heart of a small mountain village, in the Southern French Alpes, part of the ski resort Serre Chevalier.

LE PECOU STUDIO

Small studio (25m²) with vaulted ceiling on the ground floor of a village house, ideal for a couple (possibility to sleep 1 child in the lounge on fold down bed).

Awaiting its rating, this studio is also tastefully decorated.

Small double bedroom, bathroom, lounge / kitchen, garden,  ski locker.

THE LOCATION

The chalet and the studio are both situated (200m apart) in the village “Les Guibertes”, away from the hustle and bustle, 1500m from the village “Monetier les Bains” (Serre Chevalier 1500) and also from the skilifts. They are very well situated for the cross country pistes which are on the outskirts of the village.
 

SERRE CHEVALIER RESORT

Serre Chevalier is the fourth largest French ski resort with 250km of pistes and 45km of cross country pistes. It’s situated in the Hautes-Alpes region only 14km from the Italian border.

Things of interest : the old town of Briançon, the hamlets and villages along the Guisane valley, the indoor and outdoor hot baths (37°C), the summer season with it’s large variety of activities...
