Serre Chevalier is also a great destination in summer. The ski lifts are open taking you up the mountain for hiking, mountain biking, dining in one of the restaurants with a view, visiting
the marmotte observatory, etc.
The old town of Briançon is definately worth a visit with its small cobbled streets, its gargouilles, its fountains...
You can participate in a guided tour to visit
the Cordeliers Church (15th century), the “Fort des Têtes” fortress (18-19th century) or the Notre Dame Collegiate Church, Saint Nicolas (18th century).
